For the second time the Dancing Soul collective invite me as a guest teacher to give 1 class 1 shot.
The theme of the class will be: the metamorphosis

Program of the class:
First part (45 minutes): DIVE - guided improvisation 

Second part (1h15) : After this first part of guided improvisation in group, we will change the dynamic by creating a work in couple.
Following the transmission of choreographic tools and a well-defined work direction, each couple will be invited to explore and create choreographic material around the subject of metamorphosis.
Research into the qualities of movement, the physical states of the body and their gradual transformation will be at the heart of the work.
